So I dropped the ball on my February "behind the lens" blog. It was a crazy month with traveling and shooting and then mid-March rolled around and I realized "Whoops, I didn't blog February (just my trip up north) so I just waited and combined the two months ;)
So now you just get one big blog recapping two months which flew right by.
Here is a recap of February + March and all it's fun happenings documented through Instagram pictures.
Starting with February....
Added this fabulous nail polish holder I spray painted gold to the office and made my first attempt at making homemade almond butter. SO GOOD and easy to make!
Held the first (of hopefully many! Need to start planning the next one!) Ladies professional night! I got be with old and new friends. Photographers and other amazing wedding industry women. Great night!
Got to see this munchkin, Miss Amelia who's birth story I photographed 6+ months ago. Oh how the time flies.
Valentines started off with a healthy breakfast made by the hubby and ended with a lovely dinner and diabeetus from all the chocolate ;)
Then it was off to New York, Boston + Rhode Island for 5 days seeing lots of my family, my friend Nessa of 18 years and lots of exploring
See the full blog on my adventures in NYC here
The boys were happy we were home when we got back though..
Then it was March....
Made protein blueberry pancakes from scratch. I'm in love with our food processor that we uh had for a while and I'm just recently becoming obsessed with. They were the best pancakes I have ever had by the way ;)
I joined a new gym to challenge myself more than I was at Bailey's. Crome is AMAZING. I thought I was in shape before but this program pushes me and I'm doing things I never could do before. The trainers are wonderful and I honestly look forward to every workout despite dripping sweat and wanting to die afterward ;) Best choice ever joining this place!
Also tried out some darker lip colors this month. Trying to go outside of my comfort zone!
March is birthday month for both Ben and I. We started it off with some birthday festivities for the hubbs with all our favorite people.
Ah the joys of tax time. Not. (This isn't even everything)
Crafting. Working on cake toppers for a Boston wedding and a floral wreath for a rock the dress
When you know it's time to trim the bangs...
Photobooth fun at the Tom Cophlin Charity Gala and lunch with furbabies and friends.
The it was my birthday. I was told I was 'Twenty Great" and not 28. I'll take it ;)
Yummy lunch, great dinner with friends and then shopping on my actual birthday.
Excited for April and lots of shooting, editing and catching up while gearing up for a very busy May!
