Kelly + Darren | 10.10.16 | Atlantic Beach FL Engagement Session

I shot Kelly + Darren's engagement only three days after hurricane Mathew hit North Florida. Our original location had some bad damage and was closed so we had to come up with a plan B quickly. The beach popped to mind because I had been out there after the storm to see the damage and knowing that our beaches had been altered by having our dunes washed away along with some damage to walk ways, our pier and more. As sad as the damage was, it was beautiful to photograph a calm flattened beach with Kelly + Darren who are so funny and sweet. Kelly is so organized (a girl after my own heart) and such a sweetheart and I absolutely LOVED working with them so much.

I can not wait for their wedding at The Winterbourne in February!

Ava | 6 Years Old | Jacksonville Child + Family Photographer

I can not believe Ava is already SIX! I have been photographing this beautiful girl since birth and now her three siblings have followed suit. Love her and this whole family so much. I have done over 30 sessions with them over the past six years and I am so honored to have watched their family grow.

Ava is such a beauty and her little sweet personality and inner little model really came out for this session and I love it!

Lorraine + Michael Are Married! | 10.1.16 | St. Augustine, FL Wedding Photographer

Lorraine + Michael got married in beautiful St. Augustine exactly six days before hurricane Mathew hit North Florida and flooded the historic city that has had my heart since I moved to Florida fifteen years ago. It's insane how a six day difference made ALL the difference for these two because they had beautiful weather for their outdoor ceremony at the fort and reception under a tent at the Pena Peck House. Lorraine + Michael are so in love and sweet to watch together and it was such an honor to have shot their big day. My heart was so beyond happy for them that they picked the date they did and avoided hurricane Mathew completely. Their day was stunning and I'm so excited to share this sneak!

So much thanks to their amazing vendors...
